1. How to Request Cancellation or Rescheduling
All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted directly through our Customer Support Desk. You can reach our dedicated operations team via email at info@astrokrishiv.com or by phone / WhatsApp at +91 81604 67987 by providing your official Booking Reference number (e.g., AK-SM-2026-000001).
2. Cancellation Policy & Minimum Deduction Fee
Because every sacred ceremony involves personalized astrological alignment, prior booking of dedicated scholar pandits, reservation of limited daily time slots, and the procurement of sanctified samagri, a 100% full refund is not provided once a booking is confirmed.
Partial Refund Policy: Upon approval of your cancellation request by our support desk, a nominal minimum administrative & preparation fee will be deducted from your total paid amount, and the remaining balance amount will be promptly refunded back to your original source of payment.
3. Date & Time Slot Rescheduling
If unforeseen travel or personal commitments arise, devotees are encouraged to request a date or time slot rescheduling rather than cancelling. Our team will happily adjust your scheduled puja date to any available date during holy Shravan, subject to slot and pandit availability.
