Gemstones & Products

You can return physical products (Gemstones, Yantras, Malas) within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The laboratory certificate is missing.
Astrology Services

Due to the personalized nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds once the service has been delivered.

  • Consultations: Non-refundable once the call/chat is completed.
  • Pujas: Non-refundable once the ritual has started.
How to Initiate a Return
  1. Email us at support@astrokrishiv.com with your Order ID and photos of the product.
  2. Our team will verify the claim within 24 hours.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
  4. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.
