Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment to Transparency

At AstroKrishiv, we honor the sacred trust that devotees place in us. Because Vedic rituals involve customized preparations, personalized Sankalp arrangements, and scheduling dedicated Vedic scholars, our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and respectful to both devotees and priests.

2. Cancellation & Partial Refund Terms

To request a cancellation, customers must contact our dedicated support team directly. Once a puja booking is confirmed, a 100% full refund is not provided. A nominal minimum administrative & preparation fee is deducted from the booking amount to cover locked pandit slots and customized arrangements, and the remaining balance is refunded to the customer.

3. Technical or Service Failure Exception

In the rare event that AstroKrishiv is unable to conduct the ceremony or connect the live stream due to platform downtime or priest unavailability, you will be entitled to an immediate 100% full refund or a priority rescheduled slot of your choice.

4. Processing Time

Approved refund requests are initiated within 2 business days and credited back directly to the original source payment method (Bank Account / UPI / Card / Net Banking) within 5–7 business days according to standard banking timelines.
